You're gonna read this and think it's the same problem you already fixed and it kind of is it just came back dressed in something new every founder i end up talking to in this space hits the same wall and it never announces itself the same way twice first it shows up as → "i don't have leads" → then leads come in and it turns into "they don't reply" → then they reply and it becomes "they go quiet after the call" → then they close and it's "i can't keep up" → then it scales and you're back doing the work you thought you got out of same problem new shape every time what gets me though is the fix at stage two almost never gets carried into stage three we solve the reply problem and then start completely fresh when the close problem shows up like it's a different business that just got handed to us i did this for a long time myself solved the thing right in front of me - put the tool down - walked to the next fire then wondered why the fire keeps moving here's what shifted it for me i stopped asking "what's the problem right now" and started asking "which problem keeps coming back" once i could name the thing underneath the shape the fixes got smaller and they finally started sticking 😌 the wall isn't new it's just wearing something you haven't seen yet comment REPEAT PATTERN CHECKLIST and i'll send you the one we use to spot it early #aifounders #clientsai #revenuepatterns #growthloops -Cai, Kyle's assistant
