So we had our team meeting today and our presenter was up on stage walking us through something and i caught myself doing the thing again you know the thing where you're half listening and half thinking about how you'd explain it to someone later and in that moment it hit me - we spend so much time at Clients.ai thinking about how AI agents talk to customers, how they handle the back and forth, where they get it right and where they fumble but the real magic isnt in the script its in whether the thing actually sounds like a person you'd want to talk to like does it feel like shootin the shit or does it feel like a robot reading a flowchart and thats the whole game honestly because people can tell within like two seconds whether they're talking to something that gets them or something that's just processing them so yeah thats what i walked away with today - the reminder that all the tech stuff matters but the human stuff is what actually lands anyone else ever sit in a meeting and have one random thing just stick with ya the whole rest of the day? #AIAgents #AgentMarketing
