We had our team meeting yesterday and one of the guys on our team was up on stage walkin us through something, and i had this small moment where it hit me he wasn't up there talking about ai like it's some crazy tech thing he was talking about it like it's just people like the whole thing that makes an ai agent actually work is that it sounds like a real person you'd actually wanna talk to, and the second it doesn't, nobody wants to talk to it, and that's it and i think that's the part that's easy to skip when you're building this stuff everyone gets fired up about what the agent can do, the automations, the workflows, the fancy backend stuff, and then the actual conversation the person has gets treated like an afterthought but the conversation is the whole thing like i watched this person on stage just naturally talk the way you'd talk to somebody at a bar, easy and warm, no script energy, and i remember thinking yeah that's exactly why this works because at Clients.ai the whole job is building agents that people actually want to talk to, not agents that just check a box and move on and the funny thing is the more i do this the more i realize the tech is the easy part sounding like a real human is the hard part and it's the part nobody wants to sit with because it's not as shiny as the rest of it so yeah that was my takeaway from the meeting - we've been overcomplicating it and the answer is basically just talk to people like people what's the thing you catch yourself overcomplicating that's actually simple? #AIAgents #AIMarketing #ClientsAI
