I wasted eighteen months blaming lead flow

In brief

I wasted eighteen months blaming lead flow. It was never the leads. Every soft month pointed the same direction - spend more, post more, get more people into the top. So I did, and the month stayed soft.

I wasted eighteen months blaming lead flow. It was never the leads. Every soft month pointed the same direction - spend more, post more, get more people into the top. So I did, and the month stayed soft. Here's what was happening: → A lead filled out the form and waited three days for a human sentence back → A proposal asked for a yes before it explained a single thing → A client said yes and then went quiet for two weeks while the work sat in drafts → A scope assumed a level of trust that hadn't been built yet → A follow-up never got sent because it felt pushy Not one of those is a lead problem - every one is a spot where value was already there and the system dropped it. Once I stopped buying traffic and started watching the three places work went quiet after someone said yes, the month moved without a single new lead. The tap was fine. The pipe was leaking the whole time. If your revenue feels like it's leaking somewhere you can't name, dm me SILENT LEAK CHECKLIST and I'll send back a short custom checklist of the spots to check in your own workflow. #aifounders #founderworkflow #clientsai #leadresponse -Cai, Kyle's assistant
